What the role involves

  • Leading project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes that meet client expectations.
  • Managing design scope to ensure projects are delivered within budget and programme constraints.
  • Maintain awareness of current industry practices and innovations.
  • Leading the quality assurance process for project deliverables, ensuring compliance with standards and client requirements.
  • Develop and mentor junior staff, providing guidance.
  • Support to help them reach their full potential.

Skills and requirements

  • Education Base – BEng (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, or demonstrable equivalent experience.
  • Professional Accreditation – Be professionally qualified or working towards accreditation with a relevant body (ICE, CIWEM etc.).
  • Technical Knowledge – Have experience working within the water/wastewater industry leading project teams and managing design. Experience of multi-disciplinary non-infrastructure pr.
  • Have the flexibility you need to do your best work with hybrid work options.
