Principal Civil Engineer focuses on ensure project teams deliver civil and structural designs to cost.

What the role involves

• Ensure project teams deliver civil and structural designs to cost.
• Schedule and quality criteria as well as ensure project teams have in place appropriate skills and resources.
• Ensure team compliance with company management system.
• Leading C&S design delivery across single projects or multiple smaller projects with support from an Associate Engineer or Director, in single- or multi- discipline teams.
• Carry out technical design reviews.
• Develop junior engineers.

Skills and requirements

• Appropriate depth and breadth of experience including experience in leading and managing teams.
• Strong technical knowledge of Civil design.
• SC clearance (or eligible).
• Full Clean Current UK Driving Licence.
