How the role is set up

The candidate will be primarily working for the Energy Transition service line, but it will also support the Climate Risk & Resilience and Green House Gas accounting service lines. The Energy Transition service line delivers unique projects that require quick, innovative and practical solutions.

Where someone would start

Translate technical insights into commercially compelling business cases that support client investment decisions. Build and manage senior-level client relationships, acting as a strategic advisor who understands both business priorities and technical constraints. Driving revenue growth through cross selling across decarbonisation strategy, feasibility assessments, low carbon technology implementation, energy audits, and reporting programmes.

What is expected

• 7+ years’ experience in industrial energy, decarbonisation, process engineering, or related consultancy/industry roles, with a proven track record of delivering complex technical a.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines in a fast paced consultancy environment, ensuring both commercial and client expectations are achieved.
• Demonstrated capability to identify issues, develop innovative, practical solutions, and adapt quickly to changing project needs, regulatory requirements, or client circumstances.
