Skills and requirements

  • Be able to build strong relationships with our clients with a high degree of collaborative working skills to ensure we get the best from our working relationships with client teams.
  • Experience: Extensive years of experience in flood risk analysis for strategy, planning, development, or design, with demonstrated project delivery and meeting client requirements.
  • Leadership: Some experience in developing and leading technical teams.
  • We also value a civil engineering design experience to help solve the flooding problems.
