Job description
This Principal Consultant role with Insight Executive Group in Property, Estates is focused on own and grow a Local Authority Property portfolio, winning and delivering senior appointments and project teams. It would suit someone who can bring outstanding relationship building, communication, and time-management skills to the role.
How the role is set up
3+ years’ recruitment success (public sector property/estates/FM or closely related). Access to one of the widest networks and experienced leaders in Property, Estates & FM.
Where someone would start
Own and grow a Local Authority Property portfolio, winning and delivering senior appointments and project teams. Build long-term relationships with hiring leaders across councils, ALMOs and public bodies. Create and execute sourcing strategies that reach passive talent as well as active applicants.
What helps someone build confidence
Outstanding relationship building, communication, and time-management skills. Strong professional approach.
