Principal Consultant

The Principal Consultant position in Consultancy, Project Management centres on identifying and submitting client development opportunities to the Sagacity Commercial Product Management team, to support increased sales opportunities contributin. It would suit someone who can bring using problem-solving skills to develop creative solutions to meet the challenges our client is facing to the role.

Where ownership sits

Managing Scope effectively; controlling new scope / scope creep, including alignment with commercials agreed with the client. Pack preparation including content creation for key meetings (meeting minutes / outputs produced in a timely manner in line with client agreements).

What the role carries

Responsible for identifying and submitting client development opportunities to the Sagacity Commercial Product Management team, to support increased sales opportunities contributin. Conducting detailed planning and ongoing management of the project plan to deliver the client's requirements within the agreed timeframe. Responsible for providing support to the Sagacity Customer Engagement and Client Services Teams regarding the scoping and detailed planning of new assignments.

What the role depends on

• C.5+ years' experience in Consultancy, Project Management, Business Analysis, Change Management and/or Strategy.
• Experience of people leadership and development of skill and capability across various roles within a department.
• Be a flexible, self-motivated individual with experience of working on a number of projects concurrently.
