Where the technical work sits

• Leading customer discussions around integrations, data migrations, and reports related to Core HR, Recruitment and Talent Management and other modules.
• Conduct System Integration Testing, support User Acceptance testing and Payroll Parallel Reconciliation (PPR) and provide hyper care support.
• Leading and execute the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically Core HR, Absence, Recruitment and Talent Management for UK clients.

Technical requirements

• Apply hands-on experience in Core HR, Recruitment and Talent Management, particularly within the UK Public sector.
• Experience coaching and mentoring team members (5+ team members).
• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle.
