The Principal Consultant: Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud position in Core HR, Recruitment and Talent Management centres on leading customer discussions around integrations, data migrations, and reports related to Core HR, Recruitment and Talent Management and other modules. It would suit someone who can bring excellent problem-solving skills to the role.

Strong planning skills for release and delivery planning. Role: Principal Consultant - Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
Where the technical work sits
- Leading customer discussions around integrations, data migrations, and reports related to Core HR, Recruitment and Talent Management and other modules.
- Conduct System Integration Testing, support User Acceptance testing and Payroll Parallel Reconciliation (PPR) and provide hyper care support.
- Leading and execute the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically Core HR, Absence, Recruitment and Talent Management for UK clients.
Technical requirements
- Apply hands-on experience in Core HR, Recruitment and Talent Management, particularly within the UK Public sector.
- Experience coaching and mentoring team members (5+ team members).
- Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle.
