- Demonstrated success in driving go-to-market strategies, leading business development, growing client accounts, and designing initiatives across diverse sectors, customizing soluti.

- Continuously evolve Q5's team effectiveness and coaching offering, capturing key insights from client engagements to enhance methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Mentor and support a team of Q5ers to achieve set priorities, ensuring clear accountabilities and progress tracking.
- Develop and execute a business development strategy for Q5's team effectiveness practice, identifying target client segments.
- Build and nurture senior client relationships, positioning Q5 as a trusted, long-term strategic partner in team development.
