As a Principal Designer, the work centres on carrying out site visits and ensure projects comply with regulations and high ethical standards are achieved. It would suit someone who can bring customer focus, reliability, and organised practical standards to the role.

Implement the requirements of Building safety Act 2022 and Secondary Legislations 2023. Generous holiday allowance Duties for the role of Principal Designer include: Help deliver technical projects from planning stages through to new build delivery.

- Leading the design team and other project team members, as well liaising with clients.
Technical requirements
- Strong experience working within a health and safety, design, or project management role.
- Strong interest in health and safety issues and risk management.
- Live within a commutable distance to the Leicester area.
