Job description
As a Principal Designer (Senior or Associate level) in London and the South East, the work centres on my client is interested in candidates at various levels and will support people with further training for IOSH etc. It would suit someone who can bring safe working habits, organisation, and practical judgement to the role.
Role overview
They are a firm of around 130 people. Be involved in all aspects of the Principal Designer role to eliminate health & safety risks across all stages of projects.
Main responsibilities
My client is interested in candidates at various levels and will support people with further training for IOSH etc. Have the opportunity of working on a range of projects including residential, commercial and more from the start of the design process through to completion Onsite.
What helps someone succeed
careful practical judgement. Salary is in the region of £50000 to £75000 (depending on your level) plus pension, CPD, discretionary bonus etc. You need to be willing to do some UK travel as some projects are in London and the South East.
Requirements
- Have worked using the CDM Building Regulations 2015 and be thoroughly able to advise, monitor and manage CDM compliance and deal with all relevant documentation.
