Prepare technical details and drawings to support Planning Applications (or Building Warrants in Scotland). Fulfil BIM information roles as defined in ISO 19650 and project‑specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).

Main responsibilities

Attend site to conduct surveys and inspections. Supporting the promotion of SLG and RSK to identify opportunities, develop enquiries, and assist in winning new work. Preparing fees, submissions, and bid documents for new project opportunities (with support where required).

Requirements

• Relevant formal qualifications (HNC / HND / Degree) in Mechanical or Electrical Building Services.
• Electrical: Power, lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarm, security, data, utilities.
