What the role involves

• Provide support for existing products and ongoing support for new products as needed. Including managing engineering changes using official ECR/ECO/BP procedures in our PLM tool.
• Manage own work and work closely with other team members to achieve integrated solutions consistent with project milestones.
• Recommend new tools and techniques that will continue to improve product quality and the development process.
• Maintaining an understanding of the concepts, techniques and requirements of your role. Keep up with trends in your field as well as your specific job area.
• Maintain a good working knowledge of this organisation.
• Operate at all times in accordance with health & safety at work legislation.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.

• Your focus will be the design and delivery of electronics solutions for our Materials Analysis products.
• You demonstrate mastery in principles, theory and techniques within a specialised field and can communicate the principles beyond your own function.
• You develop and determine the methods of work for a project, operating with no supervision in a complex environment.
• We are based in High Wycombe (Cressex) and have hybrid working, this typically looks like 3 days in-office and 2 days in your home office.
