Principal Engineer

This Principal Engineer role is focused on production of drainage designs, assessments and checking others work, including preparation or checking of models, calculations, written reports, specifications and other contract. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

Engineering work involved

Production of drainage designs, assessments and checking others work, including preparation or checking of models, calculations, written reports, specifications and other contract. Ensuring that design, assessments and checking of designs are in accordance with the current Standards, Codes of Practice and Best Practice. Assisting with the preparation of bids and tenders and supporting the Directors in pursuing business development opportunities.

Technical skills and requirements

• Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.
