What the role involves
- To provide administrative support to the Principal Giving team and its team members. This will include arranging meetings and minute taking, logistical support with events, dealing.
- To ensure full and timely record keeping on our CRM database.
- Draft correspondence on behalf of the Principal Giving team and university leadership.
- Assisting with the organisation of tours, visits, and events for prospects and donors.
- Provide calendar coordination as needed for the team and individual team members.
- Ensure supporter contact and relationship information on the database is full, tidy, and accurate.
