We are currently looking for a Principal Hardware Engineer to join our Research and Development team, based in Dunfermline. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Strong academic background (2:1 Degree) in Electronic Engineering or equivalent education gained through work experience.
What the role carries
Mentor electronic engineering staff with regards to design and analysis techniques, test methodologies and design process. Provide customer support in a pro-active manner in the form of creative solutions to problems encountered with the product. To deliver work in compliance with ISO and FDA Medical Device Design Control processes.

- For delivering design solutions with significant elements of cross-functional design outside the candidate’s expertise (e.g. optical, mechanical, software, firmware).
- Thorough knowledge of electronics assembly processes and test methodologies.
