Leading the design and delivery of complex Microsoft 365 and hybrid solutions, including Entra ID, Identity Governance, Single Sign-On, Access Management, and the full Microsoft Defen. Present confidently to customers, validating requirements and supporting knowledge transfer at senior levels. Take ownership of end-to-end solutions, from initial design through to delivery and handover.
