Act as a technical authority for M365, advising clients on best practice, governance, and roadmap planning. Deep, hands-on expertise across Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace technologies.

How support shows up

Leading the architecture and delivery of Microsoft 365 solutions across large and complex environments. Mentor and support consultants, helping shape technical standards and delivery excellence. Supporting presales activities including solution design, estimations, and Statements of Work.

What needs to be in place

• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise‑scale M365 solutions.
• Experience leading customer engagements from discovery through to delivery.
• Strong knowledge of identity, security, compliance, and governance within Microsoft environments.

• £100,000+ base salary plus comprehensive company benefits.
