Principal Mechanical Engineer (Building Services)

As a Project Manager, the work centres on be able to apply technical judgment and resourcefulness to feasibility studies, concept, scheme and detailed design, as well as construction support phases of projects. It would suit someone who can bring coordinating electrical building services delivery while keeping timelines, contractors, and standards aligned to the role.

Who the work supports

Our team is comprised of 10 engineers and part of a wider group of 35 engineers working across the Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health specialisms in Guildford and Basingstoke. With over 9,000 professionals across the UK and Ireland, we are dedicated to our local communities and propelled by international brainpower.

How support shows up

Be able to apply technical judgment and resourcefulness to feasibility studies, concept, scheme and detailed design, as well as construction support phases of projects. Be able to manage the technical, cost and programme elements of project delivery. Consider the feasibility of the project and lead the overall feasibility study.
