What you need
- Degree in Naval Architecture, Aeronautical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent experience.
- Experience in the generation of ship or submarine manoeuvring modelling.
- Hydrodynamic/aerodynamic design and evaluation experience.
Practical information
- Conducting analysis and evaluation of submarine platforms manoeuvring performance from concept design to in-service support.
- We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
- Generation of Safe Manoeuvring Envelopes and supporting associated operator guidance.
- Be working with enterprise partners to develop the modelling capability, processes and toolsets for use to support our major programmes.
