What the role involves

• Provide high-quality practice management support across multiple consultant practices.
• Delivering seamless cover during annual leave, sickness, recruitment gaps, and onboarding periods.
• Managing complex diaries, clinic scheduling, and patient pathways efficiently.
• Coordinating patient enquiries, investigations, admissions, and procedures.
• Liaise effectively with consultants, hospitals, insurers, and referrers.
• Maintaining continuity of service and patient experience during operational changes.

• This role is a senior, hands-on role within Welbeck Practice Management, responsible for delivering expert practice management support across a portfolio of consultant practices.
