Principal Process Engineer

This Principal Process Engineer role in Bristol is focused on driving process performance, continuous improvement, and lead/develop the engineering team in line with technical strategy. Following significant recent funding, the company is entering a critical phase - commissioning its first pilot-scale processing line in Bristol. Chartered Engineer (CEng) or working toward it (IChemE, IMechE or similar).

How the role works day to day

Driving process performance, continuous improvement, and lead/develop the engineering team in line with technical strategy. Leading pilot plant build, commissioning, and ongoing process development. Own scale-up strategy, engineering deliverables, and core process documentation (PFDs, P&IDs, balances).
