What the role involves

• Be part of Wise’s global mission to build an open, fair, and human financial system.
• Support in the interpretation of global regulation to ensure our in-house built AML, Fraud, and Financial Intelligence product is best in class and customer-first.
• Drive the design strategy and direction within the ‘FinCrime’ squad, shaping current and future work towards the group’s north star.
• Set a high bar for design excellence. You’ll ensure outstanding product experiences, leading by example to produce high-quality work no matter how big or small the task may be.
• Deliver simple, empathetic, well-crafted experiences.
• Own your impact. You decide with product teams what opportunities to work on, and help define their success metrics.
