What needs to be in place
- Experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant or similar in data, tech, or a related vertical.
- Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Harnham by 2x.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and deliver top talent.
Job details
- Uncapped Commission – With tiers up to 30%, your earnings reflect your success. There are no thresholds or caps; the average deal fee here is £15,000.
