What the role involves

• Reporting into our Managing Consultant and working alongside some of our biggest billers, you'll take full 360 ownership of a recruitment desk focused on the US Advanced Engineerin.
• This is a platform to build a business within a business.
• Managing the full recruitment process from briefing through to offer and onboarding.
• You build relationships, spot opportunities, and back yourself.
• Commercially sharp, self-motivated, and hungry to build something.

Skills and requirements

• 1-4 years' experience in recruitment , ideally with exposure to the US market.
• Experience recruiting within Advanced Engineering.
