What the role involves

  • Ensure that steps in the sales process effectively define and demonstrate the value of ACI’s solutions.
  • Assist in acquiring new prospects and cross-selling solutions to existing customers.
  • Leading consultative engagements with enterprise merchants to define business outcomes and solution strategies.
  • Drive executive-level customer conversations during pre-sales to demonstrate value and differentiation of ACI solutions.

Skills and requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a consultancy firm or in a similar role within the payments industry.
  • Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and delivering outcome-based solutions.
  • Experience in ROI/TCO modeling and executive-level storytelling.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Technical Consultants, Sales, Product, Marketing, and others).

  • Build ROI/TCO models, and define measurable success criteria.
  • Lead value discovery workshops.
  • Design and orchestrate Proof-of-Value engagements with clear entry/exit criteria and success metrics.
