Where the work sits

DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days Onsite and 2 days remote (Onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee). You will be responsible in designing, assessing, and building Web3 solutions for internal and external stakeholders.

Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards (ISO 20022, PCI DSS, GDPR, AML/KYC) and best practices for cryptography, data privacy, and key management. Technology Strategy: Define blockchain adoption strategies aligned with organizational goals, compliance standards, and market trends. Solution Design & Integration: Develop solution blueprints integrating blockchain with existing banking systems, APIs, cloud services, and fintech platforms.

What needs to be in place

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7+ years in software architecture or solution design, with at least 3 years focused on blockchain or distributed ledger technologies.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices design.
