Principal Structural Technician
Job description
This Buildings role is focused on managing and deliver high‑quality structural Revit models and drawing packages from RIBA Stage 2 through Stage 5. It would suit someone who can bring coordinating electrical building services delivery while keeping timelines, contractors, and standards aligned to the role.
Where the work sits
Our multi-disciplinary engineering teams work together to deliver building solutions using BIM amongst other industry toolkits. Support alignment of processes across UK and global teams, including collaboration with the remote delivery teams as required.
How the role works day to day
Managing and deliver high‑quality structural Revit models and drawing packages from RIBA Stage 2 through Stage 5. Apply and champion ISO 19650, CDE workflows and Stantec digital delivery protocols. Leading, mentor and develop junior and apprentice technicians, supporting skills growth and promoting best practice across the structural BIM team.
