Principal Technical Architect

This Principal Technical Architect role is focused on collaborate with InfoSec to implement authentication (e.g., OAuth2, SAML), encryption (TLS, data at rest), role-based access control (RBAC), and audit logging. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

Collaborate with InfoSec to implement authentication (e.g., OAuth2, SAML), encryption (TLS, data at rest), role-based access control (RBAC), and audit logging. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product teams to align architecture with customer and business needs. Present architectural approaches and value propositions to both technical and executive stakeholders.

What needs to be in place

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years focused on SaaS or cloud-native platforms.
• Proven experience with security best practices and regulatory compliance in cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation), and modern DevOps practices.
