Job Description:

Microchip’s Advanced Packaging team delivers a competitive advantage for its customers by miniaturizing electronic components to create smaller, smarter and more reliable circuit solutions.

As Principal Test Engineer you will support design, development and manufacturing of the companies next generation electronic modules. 

This position will allow you to become an integral part of a team of specialists in materials, mechanical, electronics and packaging engineers that strive to push the boundaries of conventional microelectronics packaging. We are looking for an individual with a passion for exploration and breaking down barriers.
