This Private Client Adjuster/Manager opportunity is built around managing a team of 5-6 Adjusters with additional desktop and administrative staff, attending to SLAs, development and training, technical supervision and client relationship work. Is home-based and duties will be split 60% fee-earning and 40% operational management. Specialist Private Clients Division of major loss adjusting practice seeks to appoint an Executive Manager for its team operating within the South, primarily concentrating on the S.
Where the technical work sits
- Oversee a team of 5-6 Adjusters with additional desktop and administrative staff, attending to SLAs, development and training, technical supervision and client relationship work.
- You can live anywhere within the south but must be prepared to travel extensively both to handle losses and to meet with your team.
Technical requirements
- Candidates must essentially have a minimum of 5 years in a private client adjusting role and ideally some basic managerial experience, although this is not essential.
- Basic salary up to £80,000 plus generous bonus, car allowance, pension, private medical care and 25 days holiday.
