Who we’re looking for
Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid experience in wills, trusts, probate, and estate administration
Able to run matters fully autonomously
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to win work or grow a client following
Collaborative approach — willing to share ideas and refer/receive work
STEP qualified or working towards What you’ll be doing
Running your own caseload of private client work — from simple wills and LPAs to complex estate planning
Setting your own fees and charging structure
Building and developing your client base with full freedom to market yourself
Collaborating with fellow consultants where cases require additional expertise
Making use of support services (compliance, AML, file opening, onboarding) as and when you need them Salary & Benefits
Fee share: Keep 75% of what you bill (rising up to 90% at higher billing levels)
Referrals: Earn 15% for work referred on to other departments
Hours: Complete autonomy — no targets, bill as much or as little as you want
Flexibility: Work fully remotely, or use the Leeds office hub with free parking and client meeting space
Holiday: Set your own schedule — you decide when and how much time to take off
Progression: Build your own mini-practice within the wider firm if you wish
