Responsibilities and requirements

• The role You’ll manage your own private client caseload (with support where needed), typically including: Wills and estate planning Lasting Powers of Attorney Probate and estate administration Trusts (depending on experience) Advising clients clearly and sensitively, maintaining excellent service throughout What they’re looking for Private Client fee-earning experience (Solicitor, Legal Executive or equivalent) Confident running your own files end-to-end – ideally at least 3 years Strong drafting and attention to detail Excellent client care and a practical, organised approach Comfortable working as part of a team and contributing positively to a busy department What’s on offer Hybrid working (role requires an office presence, with flexibility) Competitive salary and benefits (DOE) Good quality work and a stable pipeline of instructions A supportive, well-regarded team with scope to develop Interested?
