    Job Description

  • Draft and prepare legal documentation for private client matters, including wills and powers of attorney.
  • Conduct research to support legal cases and client queries.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth case progression.
  • Manage files efficiently, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with the administration of estates, trusts, and property transactions.
  • Provide accurate and timely updates to clients throughout the legal process.
  • Support solicitors with case preparation and court documentation.
  • Maintain an organised and detailed record of all client interactions and case progress.

    • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Private Client Paralegal should have:

  • Formal qualifications in law or a related field.
  • Experience in private client matters, particularly within the property industry.
  • Proficiency in managing legal documentation and case files.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
