• Guiding clients through estate planning regarding IHT and CGT, including looking at business property and agricultural property relief.
• Proficient in dealing with wills, executries, POAs, trusts and adults with incapacity matters, ensuring these suit the individual client needs.
• Having a collaborative approach to working with clients and colleagues across the industry.
• Working on complex trust matters, including formation, execution, management and tax consideration.
• Candidates should hold, or be willing to attain, their STEP Diploma, as well as be commercially minded and have a client-oriented approach.
