    Job Description

  • Lead and manage the tax department, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Provide high-quality tax advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Identify opportunities for tax planning and provide tailored solutions to clients.
  • Oversee and review complex tax returns and related documentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated professional services.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and ensure the team remains informed.

    • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Tax Partner should have:

  • A recognised qualification in accountancy or tax, such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA.
  • Strong technical knowledge in UK tax regulations and compliance.
  • Proven experience in providing tax advisory services within professional services.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • A proactive approach to identifying tax planning opportunities.
