What the role involves

• With two clear pathways available, you can shape your role in a way that aligns with how you want to lead and contribute.
• Dedicate approximately 4 hours per week to leadership responsibilities within the Practice Clinical Lead function.
• Combine hands-on dentistry with protected time to support team development, clinical standards, and practice performance.
• Work as part of a wider group with the support, scale, and infrastructure of PortmanDentex.
• Motivated to develop others and improve practice performance.

Skills and requirements

• GDC-registered dentist with strong clinical experience.

Candidate fit

• Shape the direction of the practice, from patient care to performance.
• Work closely with the Practice Manager to drive performance and patient outcomes.
• Committed to high-quality, patient-centred care.

Additional role context

• Work 2–3 days per week clinically within the practice as an Associate Dentist.
• Flexibility to shape your contribution depending on the pathway you choose and practice requirements.
