• Deal origination and screening: identify and assess software investment opportunities through sector and financial analysis.

Technical requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, venture capital, or consulting with a focus on software and technology.
• Solid understanding of enterprise software subsectors such as SaaS, fintech, compliance, and healthcare IT.
• Strong technical skills in financial modelling, valuation, and transaction execution.
