- Due diligence and execution: build financial models, conduct valuations, market and technology assessments, and support deal execution.
- Portfolio value creation: work with portfolio management to drive operational improvements, M&A, and growth initiatives.
- Deal origination and screening: identify and assess software investment opportunities through sector and financial analysis.
Technical requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, venture capital, or consulting with a focus on software and technology.
- Solid understanding of enterprise software subsectors such as SaaS, fintech, compliance, and healthcare IT.
- Strong technical skills in financial modelling, valuation, and transaction execution.
