Main responsibilities

Once approved you will have the responsibility to lead the transaction execution for a successful acquisition. Also includes advocating for operational and process changes to move towards a more data driven organisational paradigm. Financial analysis of potential investments and lead the due diligence process for potential investments from start to finish.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years' working experience in investments from which minimum of 7 years working experience in PE funds.
• Demonstrable investment experience in Private Equity buyout or growth for technologies, professional services, Insurance industry and financial services sectors.
• Must be able to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment and work independently with deadlines requiring a quick turnaround.

• +OTE generous additional annual bonuses on top of basic salary, and generous % of GP Carry Pool.
