Overseeing property licensing, inspections and enforcement action, including penalties, prosecutions and Rent Repayment Orders. Managing budgets, income streams and resources, ensuring efficient and compliant financial control.

What needs to be in place
- Demonstrable experience of managing budgets, resources and service performance targets in a public sector environment.

- Strong experience in private sector housing work, including HMOs, licensing schemes and enforcement action.
