How the role works day to day
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong connections with key private members and family offices, to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Client Acquisition and Networking: Attract new members by promoting luxury travel services, leveraging existing networks, and expanding the client base through regular networking. Curate Luxury Itineraries: Design bespoke travel plans for high-net-worth individuals, reflecting their unique preferences and requirements.

Practical details
- Hybrid/Remote working. You can combine working from home and working from the office. If you don’t live near our London office then we are open to fully remote working options too.

What needs to be in place
- Proven experience as a Travel Manager or Travel Consultant for high net worth or luxury clients, with a strong portfolio of ultra-luxury travel arrangements.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with and understand the needs of discerning clientele.
- Expertise in the global luxury travel market, with established connections and access to exclusive networks and services.
