Skills and requirements

• Proven experience as a Travel Manager or Travel Consultant for high net worth or luxury clients, with a strong portfolio of ultra-luxury travel arrangements.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with and understand the needs of discerning clientele.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle last-minute changes and challenges with grace and efficiency.
• Availability to provide round-the-clock service to clients, as needed.

• Handle sensitive client information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
• DMC Partnerships: Leverage and expand strong relationships with Destination Management Companies to ensure premium on-the-ground service and foster long-term collaborations in key.
• A competitive salary depending on experience, including rewarding commission structure.
• Hybrid/Remote working. You can combine working from home and working from the office. If you don’t live near our London office then we are open to fully remote working options too.
