Probate Sales Consultant focuses on managing client pipeline, taking clients from their initial enquiry to quotation and contract signature.

What the role involves

  • Managing client pipeline, taking clients from their initial enquiry to quotation and contract signature.
  • Provide detailed probate information and guidance, including on technical matters.
  • Providing excellent end-to-end customer service, offering clear communication.
  • Meet and exceed sales and performance targets.

Skills and requirements

  • Relevant sales, account management, business development, CRM, or customer-facing experience may be useful.

Confirmed role details

  • £40,000 – £50,000 + OTE.
  • A minimum of 3 days in their Bristol office.
  • 37.5 per week, Monday – Friday.

Candidate fit

  • Demonstrable probate knowledge, including at a technical level, ideally from working in the industry for at least 3 – 4 years.
  • Sales experience in a probate or other professional services environment.
  • Confidence to drive a sale whilst maintaining empathy for their customers and clients.
