What the role involves

• Driving new site designs and legacy site upgrade designs from planning to execution, including automation integration.
• Drive technology integration and standardization in EU-wide programs and products, owning all layout integrations and optimizations in the assigned Delivery Stations.
• Provide process expertise on engineering design defining material flow, conveyor positioning, equipment requirements and real estate implications from process requirements.
• Leading strategic initiatives and identify project opportunities to improve the processes and stations designs, engaging and influencing their key stakeholders.
• Successful candidate will lead end to end design for new delivery stations and work to improve existing delivery station processes.
• Design and construction, launch and expansion, and safety.

Skills and requirements

• Experience in planning, scheduling and auditing maintenance activities.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL at the intermediate level.
• MBA, or Master's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field.
• Experience using one or more of the following CAD technologies: AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, Solid.
