What the role involves

• Drive to make a difference by identifying and implementing process improvements.
• This position reports to the Process & Project Engineering Manager.
• Maintain expert process and equipment knowledge within a specific area of manufacturing.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation.
• Design process changes to realise the identified opportunities.
• Conduct engineering change management activities to assess proposed process changes.

Skills and requirements

• Degree in a relevant engineering discipline required.
• 3+ years of experience in a Process Engineering related role within a manufacturing environment required.
• Experience working in an oral solid dose pharmaceutical manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience writing technical reports required.
