Championing lean methodologies such as 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, and Visual Management. Developing and deploying lean processes aligned with business objectives.

- Leading cross-functional improvement projects to optimise throughput, reduce lead times, and improve quality.
