• Leading the design, implementation, and optimisation of manufacturing processes to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce cycle times, minimise waste, and optimise resource utilisation.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to foster a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Supporting cross-functional collaboration with production, quality, and supply chain teams to achieve operational goals.
• Implement lean manufacturing methodologies, Six Sigma principles, and continuous improvement initiatives across production processes.
• Process metrics to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Skills and requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in process engineering or manufacturing management within automotive, motorcycle, or precision engineering environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to optimise complex manufacturing processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
