• Up to 80% homeworking and 20% in one of our regional offices based in Stratford-upon-Avon, Glasgow, York or Bristol.
• Salary up to £35,000 dependent on experience.
• Annual bonus (up to 10% of salary).
• Contributory pension scheme, up to 20%, including your 8% contribution.

Additional role context

• Your work will help ensure NFU Mutual maintains a consistent, compliant and customer‑centric approach to process design.
• Update the centralised process design methodology, ensuring that documentation reflects best practice, regulatory requirements and business needs.
• Also coordinate documentation for governance forums, including CoE Steering Committees, ensuring materials are clear, high‑quality, accurate and security‑compliant.
