What the role involves

• Maintain high housekeeping standards and collaborate effectively with the production and maintenance teams.
• Help ensure production targets are achieved.
• Report equipment defects.
• Ensure product quality.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Wellbeing support including mental health support, flu vouchers and eyecare vouchers.

Skills and requirements

• You are a reliable, safety-focused operative with hands-on industrial experience, confident operating loading shovels and plant equipment.
• Valid loading shovel license.

Confirmed role details

• Operate the front-end loader for the majority of the shift while completing regular equipment.
• Complete pre-shift inspections.
• 25 days’ holiday plus Bank Holidays.

Additional role context

• Operate shredding and blending equipment safely.
• Operate mobile plant (FLT training provided).
• Understanding of health, safety and environmental protocols.
