What the role involves
- Emailing orders to suppliers.
- Tracking orders to Warehouse and third party addresses.
- Dealing with enquiries from buyers, Project Managers/coordinators, Logistics and Warehousing teams.
- Checking daily reports for tasks to include: orders placed, orders overdue and high priority order progress.
- Managing invoice queries.

- Administrative, office, reception, data, systems, or coordination experience may be useful.
