Procurement Specialist — Indirects (Mat Cover)

Procurement Specialist focuses on running rfx and competitive sourcing exercises (with and without e-sourcing tools).

What the role involves

• Running RFX and competitive sourcing exercises (with and without e-sourcing tools).
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to provide strategic insights into spend.
• Deliver value-add Procurement solutions.
• Supporting the business with contract and performance management and implementing supplier relationship management (SRM) techniques to deliver against targeted SLAs and other busin.
• Drive innovation, promote collaboration and achieve sustainable value.
• Building relationships with key suppliers to yield productivity.

Skills and requirements

• Prior exposure to negotiating commercial and legal terms with relevant oversight from SMEs.
• Knowledge of end-to-end sourcing process and typical in-house compliance procedures relating to Security Assurance, Data Privacy, Sustainability and Vendor Risk.
• Experience in supporting management of Indirect Procurement categories.
• Keen commercial awareness and analytical ability, using analytics tools in P2P systems or Tableau/PowerBI.
